IT-3714 is a 1955 CKD TR2 and one of just two Works TRs built in Ireland and paid for by Standard-Triumph Coventry.
This local assembly was done to avoid very high import duties on FBU vehicles. IT-3714 is the Laird-Collie Works TR2 whilst PRI-222 was Paddy Hopkirk's Works TR2.
This numbers-matching hugely historic TR2 was found by our club members in 2017, lying for the previous 37 years in a garage in Dublin. She was bought and sympathetically restored single-handedly by a club member using over 90% of the original car.
